Due to reasons out of our control, we are unable to change any invoice details after the invoice has been produced. This includes any date changes. However, in some circumstances if you urgently need this to be done please contact us and we will assist you.

- Changing Your Delivery Address
If your order status is showing 'processing or delivered', amendments to the order including the delivery address cannot be changed.
If there is no one available to accept the delivery at the address which was submitted, the couriers will hold the goods. Please contact the courier to schedule new delivery time.
Some customers have asked why we cannot just call the courier to ask them to redirect the order to an alternative address. The reason for this is security, as we have only authorized the original delivery address and therefore this can not be changed.

- Checking Your Order Status
If you've placed an order with us and would like to know what stage it's at, you can do this very simply by logging into your account and checking under ‘My Orders’
Under 'order status', you will be presented with one of a number of different messages, depending on the status of your order at that particular time. For example it could say; order pending/processing/delivered/canceled.

- Delivery To A Works Address
If you wish to have your order delivered to your work address and you work within a large organization, please be aware that it may not be feasible for the courier to bring the parcel directly to you.
The parcel may be left with goods in, the post room or the reception area where the courier will obtain a signature for your order.
To avoid confusion please only arrange delivery to your work place once you have confirmed with us that the above is acceptable.

- Only Part Of My Order Has Arrived
Sometimes, if necessary, we will ship an order using 'multiple boxes'. This can happen for a variety of reasons. For example if you order a product, such as a notebook, which will remain in the manufacturer's box and a component or accessory such as external hard drive, which would be boxed and shipped in another box. Therefore some parts of your order may arrive on different days.

- Price Reduction Since Order Placed
The IT market is very competitive, which means that Vizik.com, like many other IT retailers, has to amend its prices regularly to offer the best possible value to its customers – probably more frequently than companies in some other industries.
However, our website does work in real time and will display our most up to date prices, so what you see at the time of placing your order is the correct price at that point in time. We are therefore unable to refund you any monies as you agreed to pay this price at the time of placing your order.
If your order is still outstanding, then the only way to obtain the new lower price would be to cancel your outstanding order and place a new order at the lower price.
We are sorry, but if your order has completed, then we are unable to refund the extra which you had previously agreed to pay.

- What does ‘On Hold’ order status mean?
When paying for your order with a credit or debit card, Vizik will obtain a pre-approval from the card company for the amount of the order, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place. Vizik will not bill your credit card or process a transaction under your debit or check card until we have received a signed credit card authorization form back from you.

After placing an order with your credit or debit card we have sent you an email to request further information and confirmation relating to your details. Please reply to this email as soon as possible to enable us to process your order efficiently. During this time your order status will show as being ‘On Hold.’
