Customers often enquire whether Vizik.com offers an order collection service. Firstly, the Vizik.com way of doing business, or our 'business model' if you like, is to focus on selling products via the Internet - it's what we're good at! secondly, products ship from large warehouses and stock is in boxes on specially tailored product racking.

We do understand however, that some people may want to physically see and possibly even have a demonstration of the products they'd like to buy. Such a service incurs high costs for the retailer and therefore tends to impact on pricing. Even in physical shops, working demonstrations are only offered on a tiny fraction of products.

Plus, you'll notice that Vizik.com products virtually always cost less than other physical retail shop prices... and this is one of the reasons why we don't introduce such a service. For most products on the Vizik.com website, we provide a detailed product specification, dimensions, the weight and a photograph/illustration.

What we can’t do…

At Vizik.com we believe honesty is the best policy and think it’s important to manage our customer’s expectations. Note that because our service is fully automated, we do not have a customer services telephone desk. However, as you would expect from an online retailer, you’ll find a wealth of information on our website including comprehensive product specifications, and in some cases, video demonstrations. Vizik.com is much like a self-service supermarket – we provide all the information and you decide whether the purchase is right for you.

Vizik allows you to make your purchases using any of the payment methods described below. Please read carefully our policies with respect to payment methods before you place your order.

Credit, Debit, and Check Cards
Whether you order online or email in your order to Vizik, you may pay by credit, debit, or check card. When you provide Vizik with your card information, Vizik will obtain a pre-approval from the card company for the amount of the order, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place. Vizik will not bill your credit card or process a transaction under your debit or check card until we have received a signed credit card authorization form back from you. Vizik Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Note: By using credit or debit card payment option you will not be able to take advantage of many free upgrade options such as iPods, hard drives, ram upgrades, etc. Please check product pages in detail in terms of which payment option qualifies for free upgrades.

Wire Transfer/Direct Deposit
The easiest and fastest payment option is a wire transfer. Unlike credit cards, money orders and personal checks, the turnaround time is usually less than 48 hours. With a wire transfer you simply send your payment directly from your bank account to ours. If you have Online-Banking you can make the wire transfer online. Some banks will allow you to make transfer arrangements over the phone, others will require you to fill out the transfer form in person. In any case, wire transfers are easy to do and your bank will surely guide you through the transfer process.

The transferred amount should be the total, including shipping charges and sales tax, if applicable. Your bank might charge you a small transaction fee. We will cover all transfer fees.

Please let us know as soon you have sent your wire to us. We will check our account daily. Wire transfers usually take 24 to 48 hours to process (Business days only).

This is a security measure taken to protect both you and ourselves and to ensure that your card is not being used fraudulently. Once an order is placed on the Vizik.com website it needs to be authorized so that we can ensure it is a legitimate order placed by the credit/debit card holder.

We therefore apply to your card issuer for a debit of £0.01 i.e. the minimum amount that we can. Once this is authorised by your card issuer we can then complete further necessary security checks and authorise your order. The £0.01 is never actually debited from your account as we do actually reject the payment.

This may seem a complicated way of conducting security checks but it is a process carried out by most internet/mail order retailers and does not affect your credit/debit card balance.
